Wine Blending Experience - Red Wines - July 9, 2026

Hosted in the barrel room alongside our wine team, this immersive experience offers rare access to wines before they become the finished product.

You will taste individual red components in their developmental stages, exploring how structure, fruit expression, oak, and balance shape a final blend. The conversation is candid and collaborative, offering insight into the decisions that define each vintage.

Then, you step into the role of winemaker.

Through guided experimentation, you will create your own proprietary red blend, refining it until it reflects your palate and perspective. Your custom wine will be bottled, labeled, and sent home with you, a one-of-one creation

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make it to the event, you must cancel prior to 48 hours to the start time of the event, to receive a full refund and anyone on the waitlist may be notified. Any cancellations within the 48-hour window to the event will receive a 50% refund.
