A Night of Flavor and Fun: Cooking with Kiran

Embark on a flavorful journey to the Mediterranean coast without ever leaving the vineyard. We’re partnering once again with The Redlawn Bee to bring you a hands-on cooking experience inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Greece, Turkey, and the Eastern Mediterranean—all elevated by a perfect pairing of Kiepersol’s Reserve wines, a proud reflection of our designation as Top Texas Winery.

Your evening begins at 6:00 PM with a guided tasting from our Reserve Collection, followed by a warm welcome to the region through flavor. Then, under the guided direction of Kiran, you'll hand-roll dolmas—grape leaves delicately stuffed with rice and lamb—a time-honored dish that brings the essence of the vine straight to your plate. From there, you'll build a chicken pita flatbread with house-made tzatziki alongside a vibrant lemon and asparagus orzo. As the sun begins to set over the vineyard, we are finishing the evening with a baklava-inspired dessert that captures the soul of this sun-drenched region.

The appetizer portion features lamb; however we can also accommodate a vegetarian option. Additionally, the dessert will feature nuts. If you have any allergies or special dietary restrictions, please include a note with your reservation so we can reach out and prepare accordingly.

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make it to the event, you must cancel within 48 hours of the event's start time, to receive a full refund, anyone on the waitlist may be notified. Any cancellations within the 48-hour window to the event will receive a 50% refund. No event swapping or ticket exchanges, appropriate refunds will be issued.
