WINEMAKER NOTES

Inspired by the Rieslings of Europe, the 2023 Vit caresses the palate with a perfect semi-sweetness. Fresh aromatics of lychee, pear, green apple, and orange blossom lead to a clean cut palate of lemons and lemongrass. Serve chilled.

‘Vit’ phonetically translates to ‘white’ in Afrikaans, our founder, Pierre de Wet’s, native language. Pierre’s daughter and Proprietress, Velmay Power, envisioned this perfect white wine. Winemaker Alex Lee continues the tradition of blending this refreshing semi-sweet, crisp white wine with her stamp of approval.
