"Diced" is a part of the Jacksonville Tomato Fest week featuring competing cooking teams from the CHRISTUS Mother of Frances Hospital, Jacksonville Primary Care vs Jacksonville Specialty Care. Participants are on the spot to create dishes from a surprise basket of ingredients. Viewers will be able to cheer on their favorite team, taste their appetizers, and experience two delicious tastings from Kiepersol.
Tickets $50+tax per person, limited availability, and must purchase ahead, 21 years or older.

5 pm - The Club House at Kiepersol opens doors for wine/cocktails before the show
5:15 pm - Check in starts in The Club House
5:30 pm - The doors to Salt Kitchen for Diced opens
6 pm - Diced cook off between Chef Teams begins!
7-7:15 pm - Shows over
In light of getting a chance to have small bites to eat during the competition, we highly recommend you get dinner reservations in the Restaurant at Kiepersol starting at 7:30 pm to 8 pm. If you wish to eat at the Restaurant, you must have a reservation, please call 903.894.3300 x1.
The Tomato Shed in Jacksonville, Tx is providing Tomatoes for the event. Super Gallo is providing the ingredients. Kiepersol is providing the wine, spirits, and venue!

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make it to the event, you must cancel prior to 48 hours to the start time of the event, to receive a full refund and anyone on the waitlist may be notified. Any cancellations within the 48-hour window to the event will receive a 50% refund. If you see another event with availability, that is more suitable for your schedule, you may call and move your purchase to the selected date, by calling 903.894.8995 prior to the 48-hour window of the event.
