Each session will transport you to 1-2 pivotal moments in cocktail history:

• Class One: Journey to the foundations of mixology with five classic cocktails from the Pre-1880 Era and Turn of the Century [1880–1919], where some of the oldest and most enduring recipes were born.

• Class Two: Explore the ingenuity of the Prohibition Era [1920–1933], where creativity flourished despite limitations, and discover its global impact on cocktail culture.
