Your afternoon begins with The History of the Old Fashioned, a guided tasting led by Distiller Dylan. Explore the origins of this iconic cocktail—from its earliest whiskey-soaked days to modern interpretations with flair. You’ll taste through four unique versions, each one telling a story of craft, character, and evolution.

After a relaxing break on the patio, the evening continues in SALT Kitchen, where Hobby Chef Kiran welcomes you with warmth and hands-on hospitality. You’ll learn the art of ravioli from scratch—selecting from three inspired fillings:
• Traditional Beef
• Exclusive Three-Cheese Blend
• Greek-Inspired Lamb & Feta

Each guest will enjoy a shared appetizer and fresh salad, followed by their handmade ravioli creation and a decadent personal dessert to finish the evening.

Your receipt will function as an electronic ticket to this event; additionally, Alayna will recieve a roster of signups prior to the event, along with personalized tickets for the attendees. Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make it to the event, you must cancel within 48 hours of the event's start time to receive a full refund, and to ensure that anyone on the waitlist may be notified. Any cancellations within the 48-hour window to the event will receive a 50% refund. No event swapping or ticket exchanges, appropriate refunds will be issued.
