WINEMAKER NOTES

Mengsel is the red blend for wine nerds... truly the winemaker’s definition of balance. It’s a rich Bordeaux-style blend characterized by a nose of dusty, deep cherry and blackberry. The perfectly balanced palate of pipe tobacco, vanilla, blackberry, and jammy cherry culminates in a silky smooth finish to savor. Bold with the ease of the East Texas spirit.

“Mengsel” translates from Afrikaans to mean “mixture”.
