"Diced" is an exciting event featured during the week long Jacksonville Tomato Fest. During "Diced" two teams are pitted against each other in a head to head cooking competition. Participants must create dishes, on the spot, from a surprise basket of ingredients while also highlighting the core ingredient of, you guessed it, tomatoes! Viewers will be able to cheer on their favorite team, taste the unique appetizers, and enjoy two delicious tastings from Kiepersol. This year's teams of superstars are representing the City of Jacksonville and Jacksonville ISD. Grab a ticket, settle in with a cocktail or glass of wine, and root for your favorite team!

Tickets $50+tax per person, limited availability, must purchase ahead, 21 years or older. 

This year, we are adding on a Winery & Distillery tour option before the show. If you are interested in getting a behind the scenes look at the Top Texas Winery, upgrade your ticket and join us at 3:00 for a DICED exclusive tour. A Kiepersol tour covers the legendary history of our estate, a breakdown of wine and spirits production, and of course three delicious tastings of Top Texas Wines and a legendary spirit!

3:00 pm - [Optional] Winery & Distillery Tour - ticket upgrade
4:00 pm - The Club House at Kiepersol opens doors for wine/cocktails before the show
5:15 pm  - Check in starts in The Club House
5:30 pm - The doors to Salt Kitchen for Diced opens
6 pm - Diced cook off between Chef Teams begins! 
7-7:15 pm - Show's Over

The Tomato Shed in Jacksonville, TX is providing all of the tomatoes for the event while Super Gallo is providing the additional ingredients. Kiepersol is providing the wine, spirits, and venue!

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make it to the event, you must cancel prior to 48 hours to the start time of the event, to receive a full refund and anyone on the waitlist may be notified. Any cancellations within the 48-hour window to the event will receive a 50% refund. If you see another event with availability, that is more suitable for your schedule, you may call and move your purchase to the selected date, by calling 903.894.8995 prior to the 48-hour window of the event.
