A Night of Flavor and Fun: Cooking with Kiran

We’re partnering once again with The Redlawn Bee to bring you a hands-on cooking experience inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Italy. Your evening begins at 6:00 PM with a guided tasting from our Reserve Collection, followed by a warm welcome to the region through flavor.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind culinary evening in the heart of Kiepersol, where Kiran will guide you and your guest through a hands-on experience that brings the romance of Italian cooking to life. This four-course interactive dinner begins with a guided tasting of three of Kiepersol’s Top Texas wines, each thoughtfully paired with the flavors of the evening.

You’ll begin with freshly baked sourdough bread and prosciutto-wrapped figs. From there, roll up your sleeves as you craft your very own Caesar salad from scratch before diving into the art of handmade ravioli. Then, under Kiran’s expert guidance, you’ll hand-roll, shape, and fill delicate pasta pillows with a rich three-cheese blend.

For the entrée, your handmade ravioli will be topped with a velvety sun-dried tomato cream sauce, slowly simmered with spinach and tender bites of pan-seared chicken. Every forkful is a layered harmony of Tuscan flavor, perfectly balanced with the evening’s wine pairings.

For your last course, indulge in a decadent chocolate surprise to end the evening on a sweet note. From date nights to a friendly night out, this hands-on culinary experience offers bold flavors, meaningful moments, and unforgettable bites rooted in the rustic charm of Tuscany and finished with a Kiepersol touch.

The appetizer portion features prosciutto while the entree features chicken; however we can also accommodate a vegetarian option. If you have any allergies or special dietary restrictions, please include a note with your reservation so we can reach out and prepare accordingly.

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make it to the event, you must cancel within 48 hours of the event's start time, to receive a full refund, anyone on the waitlist may be notified. Any cancellations within the 48-hour window to the event will receive a 50% refund. No event swapping or ticket exchanges, appropriate refunds will be issued.
